“Zombieland” was a fun take on the zombie apocalypse back in 2009. Since then we have had zombie overload with the “Walking Dead” series and countless other movies, I’m pretty sure I’ve seen every way possible to kill zombies. So, I’m seriously questioning do we really need “Zombieland: Double Tap” now?
*The MEAT* Nothing serious about this story here, it’s more about family than surviving a world of zombies. It is tongue and cheek with a few funny jokes, but the story *Lacks Substance Overall* and that is a shame considering they had ten years to figure something better out.
*The POTATOES* Emma Stone, an academy award winner. Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg and Abigail Breslin are all Academy nominees for best acting, and yet the acting in this movie is *Not Trying at All* I mean, it’s like these actors didn’t even try.
*The Verdict* I originally wanted to say that “Zombieland: Double Tap” wasn’t worth seeing in the theaters and to wait for it to hit the home TV sometime. But, after thinking about it for over 24 hours and letting it sink in, I must say it is really *Not Worth Seeing* at all. Mainly because I’m still confused as to what the overall purpose was and very disappointed with the acting, they should have done better. So, save your money and time on this one.
